The Pull Bow Ribbon Making Machine by Ming Jilee is designed for producing PP, BOPP, and pearl material pull bow ribbons, featuring an in-line slitting device that cuts multiple ribbons per cycle with a cycle rate of 5-35 cycles/min. For example, producing 20mm wide ribbons yields 5 pieces per cycle, resulting in an output of 100 pieces/min. The machine is equipped with a Japanese servo motor for precise cutting and an ultrasonic welding system for securing pull bow stop dots. It can cut ribbons up to 100mm wide, allowing for 5 pieces of 20mm ribbons per cut. An optional auto conveyor system makes packaging easier by helping operators collect finished ribbons efficiently.
