This dual products production was developed due to increasing demand of better quality products made from Cast PP foils from 0.03mm and above sheet protectors and ”L” shape folder of 0.06mm and above.
This system also includes a optional flexo printing station this allow the printing of the folding edge for production of printed edge sheets protectors and ”L” shape folders. Unlike other system that used heat sealing for welding of the bottom, this system welding with a 2.6kw ultrasonic.

The Machine Features :

The MGB -40A -700-2S, was designed for top quality products in mind, it work with flat foil instead of blowing films. The flat foil are passed through the printing station if requied. The following stage that place.
