  1. This machine is designed especially for simple type compressor unit. There are two kinds of the finished products. One product is without glue, it can be used on thelever arch file. The other product is with glue, it can be used on any types of the Paper orplastic file.
  2. Production flow is from multiple roolers of sheet material through in-feeding rooler, holes punching, iron pin inserting ,hot stamping, spray glue to cutting off, it is a fully automatic production.
  3. This machine uses servo motor to drive feeding and also uses digital computing unit for length control to ensure the size to accurate.
  4. The principle feature is for save manpower, resources and simplify production flow.
  5. Unwind uses edge position controller(E.P.C.), so the production can be neat.
  6. This machine use precise punch and cut off mold with high durable function and low breakdown rate.
  7. This machine use auto alarm system when the problem caused, it can avoid wastion material and protect the machine.
