  1. This unit is designed especially for adhesive bag, name card album, my bag, book cover, sheet protector and L-File(E310).It may be completed on fully automatic production from material in-feeding to finished product which will save labor cost and increase production capacity.
  2. This machine uses high quality and high performance parts to incorporate with all kinds of controlling and monitoring system. If there is any trouble presented on the machine during operation, it will automatically stop and alarm to avoid wasting raw material and to protect the machine.
  3. The sealing equipment is of special removable silicone ring belt design this may enable the data pocket to be in different specifications and types. The purpose of application covers a wide range.
  4. The sealing equipment uses multiple sets of ultrasonic sealer to ensure sealing for product to be elegant, tightened and trim.
  5. In-feeding stand uses auto. edge tracing device and auto. tension controller, it is easy and convenient to operate.
  6. In addition to above 6 products, this machine which incorporates computer operation can make zip-slide bag and CD pocket with different molds.
