- This unit designed especially for clear book,it is of automatically line production.It can be completed on production line from material in-feeding to finished product which will be save labor cost and increase production capacity and to simplify production flow.
- This unit uses special cutter and sealer to do synchronous action to ensure the size of clear book be uniform, the sealing line be neat and elegant and the waste ratio may get down to the minimum.
- This unit may choose to use all kinds of precision and durable mold with very low breakdown rate, and may match servo motor and digital computing unit for length control to make very precise punching position which is uneasy to run off.
- This unit uses high quality, high performance parts to incorporate with all kinds of control and monitor systems. During operation , anything unusual may automatically stop to machine with alarm to avoid waste material and to protect the machine.
- This machine uses automatic servo motor for computer digital length control which is easy of operation.
- PP inner pocket uses edge position controller (EPC),so the products can be neat.
